The Nook—Vanilla Custard

This looks delicious. Have you ever made custard?


  1. No, but I saw the same recipe on Nook's blog, and now I want to try it! (Though, what's caster sugar?)

    Wendy--caster sugar is the same thing as superfine sugar. I can't ever find it in Hillsdale so I just make my own in a food processor. Just pulse some sugar in a food processor for a few seconds and you get the same exact thing that you would buy at the store.
