A friend recently began a fabulous blog about her homemaking endeavors, and keeps posting delicious pictures and lovely commentary of her cooking escapades. She has been directed by the book Fast, Fresh and Green by Susie Middleton. I encourage you to peruse her blog, and get inspired by the amazing dishes she has been preparing. The mushroom quiche looks amazing (and simple!) and even though I'm not a huge fan of brussels sprouts, I'm thinking this recipe could change my mind.
