Oh my goodness! Perfect post for me to respond to; as Jason just went on an ice cream adventure. He found a brand new Cuisinart Ice Cream maker that also does yogurt, sorbet, and I hear daiquiris and pina coladas.
ReplyDeleteThe best recipe we've found so far is really incredible; honestly it's better than Haagan Dazs. It's so creamy! and very flavorful, without being super expensive like many good recipes are. The goodness comes from making a custard, and freezing it overnight once it's out of the ice cream bowl.
