We tried
this recipe while my sister was here and absolutely loved it. It was fast and easy, and a great source of protein for those of us who don't buy much meat. Quinoa is a bit on the expensive side, though, so you can feel free to play around with the recipe and use less Quinoa. I did this to use some leftovers, and just added more egg and flour. Naturally it had more of an egg flavor, but they were still delicious. This is definitely a recipe you can feel free to experiment with—I love those, don't you? And along those lines, I should probably say that I left out the green onions, and didn't make the aioli sauce. They are great plain or dipped in ketchup. Like I said, feel free to experiment and make substitutions with these.
P.S. If these sound but don't
look appetizing, follow
the link. Mine aren't very pretty, haha.
I like things dipped in ketchup. :)
