An outfit and a knitting book

Ich habe dieses Foto öffnet in einem Register auf meinem Computer für etwa zwei Wochen, so habe ich beschlossen, in und teilen Sie sie. Dieses Gemälde erinnert mich an meine neueste Kunst Erwerb, Amy, und ich liebe alles an diesem Outfit und die unordentlichen Zöpfen. Ich denke, ich sollte wohl erwerben einige Herrenmode Shorts irgendwann in naher Zukunft (ich sollte sie machen, sheesh!). Kurz gesagt, ist dieses Outfit alles, was es sein sollte.

Und da ich keinen Übergang in dieser nächsten Thema ... Ich werde einfach sagen: ich bin liebevoll Stricken. Ich kann es kaum etwas zu tun außer dem grundlegenden kraus, aber ich habe große Hoffnungen, dass ich bald beherrschen wird das Saatgut / Perlmuster, die mein Lieblings-Look ist jetzt. Eines Tages würde ich gerne einen Blick an diesem neuen Buch kommt im Oktober, durch die inspirierende Grafikdesigner / Strickerin Emma Robertson verfassten nehmen. Sie wissen vielleicht bereits ihrem Blog Emmadime. Ich habe lange bewundert ihren Stil, so bin ich sicher, dass dieses Buch ist einfach atemberaubend, und die Projekte einen Versuch wert.

I have had this photo open in a tab on my computer for about two weeks now, so I decided to give in and share it. This painting reminds me of my newest art acquisition, Amy, and I love everything about this outfit and the messy braids. I'm thinking I should probably acquire some menswear shorts someday soon (I should make them, sheesh!). In short, this outfit is everything it should be.

And since I have no segue into this next topic... I'll just say it: I am loving knitting. I can hardly do a thing besides the basic garter stitch, but I have high hopes that I will soon master the seed/moss stitch, which is my favorite look right now. Someday I would love to take a gander at this new book coming out in October, authored by the inspiring graphic designer/knitter Emma Robertson. You may already know her blog, Emmadime. I've long admired her style, so I'm sure this book is simply stunning, and the projects worth a try.
